The Shadewater Story

Shadewater Cattery is a boutique Persian cat breeder, completely devoted to nurturing healthy, beautiful and loving Persian cats. Shadewater Cattery is registered with The Cat Fanciers' Association (CFA) as a "Cattery of Excellence."

By our choice, we are committed to staying a small breeder. We restrict breeding levels so we can provide the focused care and attention that has distinguished Shadewater for more than ten years. Our kittens live in cageless environments and are hand held and adored daily. Each is our precious baby.

Our kittens are available in a wide assortment of colors, including Silver, White, Blue Point, Brown Mackerel Tabby, Shell Cameo, Reds and more.

We do not grant adoption privileges to everyone. We are selective and committed to finding only the best home for each kitten born at Shadewater. We reserve the right to refuse sale of any kitten should we feel your home is not suitable.

All of our babies are carefully examined by a licensed veterinarian. Each kitty receives shots, is litter trained and comes with a Limited Health Certificate.

Pricing on Persians usually depends on type, color and applicable markings. Our prices start at $500.
